養和醫院擬與葛量洪醫院合辦醫院 Sanatorium and Hospital Move to WCH?

養和醫院擬與葛量洪醫院在黃竹坑合辦醫院。其實去年八月已傳出該院擬搬來黃竹坑的消息,去年10月的施政報告第82節也提及黃竹坑未來規劃方向是發展私營醫院。(我先前的網誌跟進:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/searchblog_art?p=%E9%A4%8A%E5%92%8C%E9%86%AB%E9%99%A2&my=1)


現時位於黃竹坑的葛量洪醫院為公營醫院,主要提供心臟胸肺科病人作療養,故一直希望擴大面積但苦無合適地點的養和醫院最近提出與葛量洪醫院合辦公私合營醫院的建議。


這個建議頗新鮮具創意,但尚未知雙方責任、財政分攤及如何平等對待公私營病人等實質內容的情況下,我尚不能匆忙支持這個建議。評深宜論很詳盡地評論了此事,各位可參考:http://pingsum.blogspot.com/2009/03/blog-post_20.html


The Sanatorium and Hospital is planning to move to WCH, according to the news. It proposes to cooperate with the WCH Hospital to buil up a "public-private" hospital. It sounds like a creavite and good idea, but I'm not sure if it's feasible or good to public interest because we don't have any details of the proposal yet.

香港仔行人隧道旁加升降機 Lift Tower at Aberdeen, Tin Wan and Wong Chuk Hang

香港仔巴士總站的行人隧道,田灣行人天橋及黃竹坑近甄霑記的行人天橋旁將加建升降機,以方便傷健人士,建立無障礙社區,3月30日的區議會已原則上通過路政加建升降機的方案。昨天我和同事在十五間及香港仔展開宣傳,內容詳見單張。


Lift towers will be installed at Aberdeen bus terminus,  Tinwan and besides the Yan's Tower at Wong Chuk Hand Rd. It'll help the disabled citizen, wheel chair users and senior citizen. It aims at making Aberdeen and WCH as "barrier free access" community.


It needs around 18 months to build the facilities, and it probably could be completed and put into service in June 2011.

網誌累積瀏覽逾十萬! Hundred Thousand Visits!


昨天我的網誌累積瀏覽終於超過十萬!比我預期的早了兩星期,而瀏覽人次也穩步上升。這麼沉悶兼談政治和地區工作的網誌,能有這樣的成績,我自己也喜在心頭


一如早前所寫,我會繼續加油,一天天寫,一點一滴地力求進步。

Finally, the number of visits of this blog has reached hundred thousand yesterday! It comes earlier than I expect, and the number of visitor increase steadily too. It really makes me happy, since I always think it's impossible to attract visitors for it's not a interesting blog.


As I wrote before, I'll keep updating this blog, as I aim at improving myself day by day.

跟進72A及75巴士脫班問題及深灣ATM Rt. 72A and 75 Bus Service and ATM

近期居民反映72A和75號巴士班次較多。公平點說,在三次隨機調查中,兩次的班次顯示正常,即能維持在13-15分鐘。但如單張所說,3月16日的班次脫班得離譜!


怪不得街坊說要等上二十多分鐘乃至半小時,見到72號巴士走了三四架才有72A。現在我的跟進工作是:查明這樣的情況是否經常發生。

Recently, I get many complaints about the service of the Bus Rt. 72A and 75 during the afternoon peak hours. Residetns need to wait over 20 and even 30 minutes for a bus.
