黃竹坑邨第10座七月時已清拆(見：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=6646)，現在第8座也快整座消失了。
屋署現在用很先進的"一塊塊鋏走建築廢料"的方法清拆屋邨，但對原黃竹坑居民來說，他們在邨內生活的點點滴滴將長留心中。
The block 10 of WCH Estate had been demolished last month (http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=6646)and the block 8 will be completely demolised soon. Many people and families had been living in this building for decades, memories of happiness and sorrows will last forever.
