以下是港鐵昨天提交給區議會關於黃竹坑巴士總站搬遷的初步圖則(背景資料可見我先前網誌：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?new=1&mid=9721)，其他關於如何預防交通阻塞及對金寶花園及陳白沙中學的污染問題的則沒有交待。

在議會一而再，再而三面對政府及港鐵等「擠牙膏式」提供資料的方式，相信不分黨派，議員們都感到無奈和氣憤！誰叫我們面對的是行政權力和議會權力極不相稱的行政主導乃至行政霸道政府呢。

但無奈歸無奈，地區工作還是要不斷跟進，我會繼續展開相關問卷調查。

Here's the draft design of the plan of removing WCH Bus Terminal. Yesterday I just got it from the MTRC in the district council meeting. And we don't have any other information about what the concerned dept will do in the future to minimize the impact of such plan. 

Again, I felt disappointed and frustrating about the way of so-called 'consultation' by the Gov't and MRTC, they just give us as least information as they can in order to prevent 'nuisance' from the council and the public.

深灣道遊艇會對出避車處行人道被封，行人被逼要走出馬路一事（見：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=9776），前天我再與運輸署及土木工程署承判商實地視察。承判商初步同意我的建議，開設行人路，表示可拆除下圖一凸出的圍板，泊車位停用，電單車車位則因區內屋苑沒有電單車泊位而保留。因工程同時須路政署同意拆除欄杆，故須路政署批準方可動工。

我會再緊密跟進，我相信這樣主動跟進一定比僅僅貼出「小心過路」的貼示更有成效。

Our main conerns as follow:

1. The former car park is not big enough to allocate all the bus in the existing bus so the bus routes and service may be cut after the removal; 

2. It'll crate noise  and air pollution to the Grandview Garden and the Chan Pak Sha Secondary School;

3. It'll worsen the local traffic, given that the traffic is not satisfactory now, because there're so many private cars to send and pick up the students in the international schools in the area.

為跟進深灣道避車處行人路問題(背景見：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?new=1&mid=9704)，昨天我約見了土本工程署承判商及顧問公司的工程師，雙方初步同意我的建議，表示如警方及運輸署及路政署批準可儘快開工。

我會緊密跟進，保障行人安全。

深灣道遊艇會對出避車處旁因展開斜坡工程，行人道被封，行人途徑時被逼要走出馬路，容易造成危險。我已向運輸署查詢，署方指批出的施工圖則已預留了行人路，不知為何卻沒有落實。我需再與署方及土本工程署跟進。

深灣道休憩處健體設施 Facility at Shum Wan Road Sitting-out Area

區議會小型工程小組早前已同意了我提出的建議，更換深灣道休憩處的平衡木為健騎機（因休憩處使用者多為長者，而長者極少使用平衡木，且容易導致意外）。前兩天我再與康文署及居民一起實地視察，跟進署方同意可再加裝太極盤一事；此外，署方亦會向建築署跟進另一建議，在休憩處內開闢一小塊平地，方便長者晨運。

The Leisure and Cultural Service Dept accepted my suggestions to change and provide new facilities for the user, mainly the elderly. The existing balance beam is dangerous for and almost not used by the elderly, so we change it to the 'bike' and 'Tai Chi Roller'.
