Thanks to a WCH resident who email me to raise the captioned potential problem. The location of Larvotto situated at Apleichau is just opposite to Shum Wan, esp. the Broadview Court, the resident worry that the surface of the building was relfection glass, there will have mirror effect to Broadview Court and South Wave Court once it is completed, especially during sunrise in the morning (eastern side).
I think the mirror effect is very likely to affect, though not greatly I think, Shum wan residents. It'll be a very difficult issue to follow coz so far there's no law regulating light pollutions in HK and the land developer can just ignore us even the potential problem comes true. But I still wrote to the land developer and the Environmental Protection Dept to raise the concern, the land developer replied that it's going to look into the issue.
