長實又試圖將酒店地改建住宅！Hotel Project Applied Change to Residential Building

長實無視黃竹坑居民和區議會的反對，現又向城規會申請於黃竹坑商貿及酒店區申建158個住宅單位的住宅！ (詳見明報的報導：http://news.sina.com.hk/cgi-bin/nw/show.cgi/19/1/1/822798/1.html)

在這個星期一的區議會，我已再次表明黃竹坑居民的反對立場，區議會也再重申將竹對於黃竹坑商貿及酒店區申建住宅。(理據詳見：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=1759)

今年初地產商向城規會申請延期其發展期限(即本來它應在2008年前開始動工興建酒店，現在仍沒有施工，故申請延期四年)，但終於被城規會否決。（我之前的跟進，詳見：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=2056)

【明報專訊】長實（0001）向城規會申請將黃竹坑香葉道41號現商貿用地，更改用途以興建2幢住宅。

規劃署提交意見指出，規劃目標是黃竹坑商業區可成為一個就業中心，維持現土地用途是合適，並不支持上述申請，周五獲城規會通過機會微，亦意味期望將黃竹坑工商物業改建住宅的發展商，至少短時期亦應難以如願。

規劃署指出，黃竹坑商業區正逐漸變成一個清潔的工商業地區，加上港鐵南港島線宣布興建，應維持其就業中心角色，若個別地皮獲批更改住宅用途，會產生介面問題。長實申請於地皮興建2幢約17層高住宅，提供158伙，地皮可享深灣遊艇會景觀。

The land developer, Cheung Kong, again applied to the town planning board to change the use of land from hotel to a residential building.
