去年4月時深灣道路面曾臨時重鋪（http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=5696），以防路面不平令車輛顛簸，對孕婦、長者等市民造成危險；當時署方曾指將盡快展開「永久性重鋪」，但事情拖延至上星期才完成。雖然此事緊急性不太高，但簡單如這樣的工程需一年才竣工未免有「太大的改善空間」。
