校巴接送學童問題、轉乘優惠及電單車泊位 School Bus and Motorbike Parking Space

近來收到有家長向我們反映，指在雅濤閣正門對出的校巴及保姆車被警方票控。其實警方從嚴執法的話，那裡除了巴士外，其他車輛的確不得使用。從雅濤閣入伙至今已十年，居民沒有其他地方接放學童，故校巴及保姆車停在該處。

當然，這並不代表可以使非法的行為變為合法，故我已向運輸署跟進，署方表示校巴等如申請許可證即可解決問題，而其實早前我們已成功協助街坊申請了許可證。還有其他一些校巴尚未申請，故我希望家長可與我們聯絡，以便協助。

長遠解決方法，我認為還是應將４８號巴士在雅濤閣的總站改為普通站，這樣才不會出現多架４８號巴士佔用多個泊車位，令警察要抄牌的問題。

This leaflet covers three concerns. The first is about the parking space of school bus in the Broadview Court bus terminus. Some school buses were charged for illegal using the bus stop. According to law,the school bus can't stop and pick up students at the bus stop, but the fact is that the school buses have been using the bus stop opposite to the gate of Boradview Court for over 10 years, and no school buses were charged before . Of court it's still illegal, so some parents ask for my help. I've followed up this matter with TD, and the Dept agreed that the school buses could apply for permit to solve the problem.

And the final issue is about fighting for more bus interchange concessionary fare scheme, esp for bus routes to Kowloon and the Eastern District. I had a meeting with the IC members of South Wave Court and the Citybus representative to raise our concerns.
