南朗醫院狗隻噪音 Noise Nuisance Caused by Dogs

近日我收到好幾個雅濤閣居民的投訴，指後山的南朗醫院在晚上經常有狗吠聲，滋擾民居，甚或令居民睡眠嚴重。

這問題我先前曾與雅濤閣側邊的流狼狗的個案一併跟進過，現在問題再現，我們已重新開始跟進，並已正式出信向漁護署及環保署反映，要求跟進。

早前曾有文件指南朗醫院的地盤可在去年年底完工，現在應該是被拖延了，而據居民反映，那裡的狗隻是地盤工人飼養的。

I got a few complaints about the noise nuisance caused by dogs, which according to residents, were fed by the construction worker in Nam Long Hospital . These dogs park at night and cause annoying noise making resident can't sleep well. (Esp. residents in the Block one of Broadview Court )

I did follow up a similar case some months ago.This case has been reopened and my office has started to follow up this case again. We transfered the case to the concerned dep't this afternoon.
