常言道小病是福,前天我有幸沾染傷風感冒的福氣:身體發熱、怕冷、肌肉酸痛、沒味口、猛飲水仍覺得口乾、頭又開始沉起來,整個人沒精打采。前晚睡覺時身體如黃梅天季節時泛水漬的墻壁般直冒汗,幾乎把衣服都弄濕了。我睡了近十四個小時後才起來,病情才見好轉。今早起來,感覺稍好一些,仍有點怕冷,精神還未完全恢復,不過比起昨天又見好了一些。
上次有這種福氣是今年初(http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=5145),那時我還說要多加鍛鍊身體,現在快到年尾,我又食言了:年初定下每星期必須運動兩至三次的計劃只實行了兩個月,之後就沒堅持下來。想來真是慚愧。
這次我再吃一天感冒藥,好好休息一下,應該很快就可痊癒。不過以長遠計,我還是要重拾去年計劃,多加鍛鍊身體才是,這是這次小病帶來的警告和福氣吧。
It's esay to get fever in seasons like this and I'm sick because of getting cold last Sunday. it made me feel tired, dizzy and my body soared. After sleeping for almost 14 hours, the condition improved but I'm still feeling a little bit cold this morning.
I reminded myself to do more exercises after I was sick in Feb this year(http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=5145). Again my body gives me one more signal to take care of it which i should really pay attention to.
