財政司司長密訪南區？FS visits Southern District....secretly?

大家從下面最近身的例子可見，像我這樣的區議員在政府眼中的角色有多重要：

財政司司長曾俊華昨天到訪南區，去了包括黃竹坑(我的選區)、海怡等地區，以「實地視察活化工業大廈如何成功帶動新經濟動力等等」。（詳見：http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/201001/28/P201001280243.htm）

不過曾生似乎是密訪南區，我事前沒有接獲任何通知他會來，在黨友柴文瀚告知後，才在政府新聞處網站得悉詳情。

你說，我這個區議員算什麼呢？

PS:黨友柴文瀚說了很精警的一句：「下次你睇人打劍時會見到佢突然出現~」哈哈。

But I was informed by nobody but know such news from the press release of the government. 

So I'm sure you must have learned know what's the role of district councilor in our political system.
