港鐵開始施工(1) ExCo authorises South Island Line (East) Scheme(1)

市民望穿秋水，南區地鐵終於快將動工了。(可參考政府公告：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?new=1&mid=10134)

不過這可不代表一切已安排妥當，反而還有很多對社區非常貼身的的臨時交通改動會影響居民出入，我還有很多工作要繼續跟進。

下面即交通改動對區內的影響，香葉道的改動我估計影響不太大，反而是香葉道與海洋公園道的交界位置可能將來會成為交通樽頸，因為會令前往兩間國際學校的私家車在那裡阻塞。

此外，香港仔隧道口也將有臨時改動，路面將被改窄，雖說港鐵在這方面經驗豐富，我還是擔心如果處理不當，阻塞隧道口的話，將牽一髮而動全身，令整個南區的交通受阻。

還有其他具體細緻的工作我還需繼續跟進。

Finally the SIL has started to get commence, but there are still many works I must pay attention to, such as the traffic arrangement and the environmental impact to our local community.
