環保觸覺：促減惠福道地皮地積比率 Wall Effect Concerned

據明報報導(全文見：http://www.mingpaonews.com/20071212/gsk2.htm)，環保團體環保觸覺向城市規劃委員會申請，把黃竹坑惠福道地皮地皮地積比由現時的10倍減至7倍，並於樓宇間設15米距離及興建通風廊，以免形成屏風效應。

但多個政府部門認為申請並無科學根據，亦有違地契規定，建議反對該申請。

規劃署指出，申請會令地皮與附近甲級住宅用地的地積比不符，而且地皮附近低密度發展的政府、機構及社區用地和休憩用地，可維持該區通風，加上申請者的「屏風理據」並無科學根據，無法證明減低地積比能有效完善整區的通風，遂不支持申請。

The Planning Department rejected the application submitted by the Green Sense, which proposed to prevent the wall effect at Welfare Road in Wong Chuk Hang area. According to the Ming Pao Daily, the Planning Dep't does not consider the wall effect theory is not scientific, thus not convincing.
