因為趕著出去參加民主黨正副主席論壇，引用以前寫的半篇網誌：

古話往往在撞板後才發現其智慧，例如這兩句：

良言一句三冬暖

惡語傷人夏日寒

世上值得講的話何奇少。

Cliche, though not a good word, is usually meaningful. Like this one:  Do appreciate what you encounter! Remember to look at the bright side, and think positively.
