今天區議會就南區巴士發展計劃和運輸署及巴士公司開簡介會,以準備2月9日的正式會議,涉及本區的主要有兩個:
- 71號:縮短至上環(永和街附近)、並改為循環線、增設7─71轉乘。這項因為尚未知影響多大,我尚需諮詢乘客;但提出支持縮短方案的前提是將削減的車量放到71號以提高班次(起碼在繁忙時段)或其他本區如72A或75號巴士路線。
- 48號:延長至深灣並改為循環線,這個我已在過年前宣傳;這個是我提出的方案的修正版,我當然贊成,其他議員也不反對。希望9號開正式會時順利通過,我就能放下一塊心頭大石了。
此外,因48號延長至深灣,原有的78P要取消。同樣的,我在會上已提出必須將原來的78P巴士放在黃竹坑區其他如72A或75號巴士服務。
The Transport Department and the bus company is launching a adjust program of some bus service in Southern District. Two proposals concern WCH:
-Rt.48: the terminus will be changed to Wah Fu and it'll go via Shum Wan in all service time.
-Rt. 71: the service route will be shorten to Sheung Wan. I'm going to consult the passenger to know what's their opinion about this proposal.
I stressed in today's briefing that if two proposals will be implemented, the buses which will be cut, like 78P and one bus now serving Rt.71, should be put into WCH to upgrate the quality of bus service.
