塗鴉及包玉剛泳池外墻宣傳畫 Graffitti at Wong Chuk Hang

近日我收到新個案，指黃竹坑道塗鴉問題嚴重，故趁午飯時間去繞了一圈，果然發現了不少，影響市容，需督促食環署跟進。

印象中，有工廠大廈與青少年中心合作，提供外墻給青少年合法塗鴉(見下面第三、四張照片)，不知會否需求大了，地方不夠，令非法塗鴉問題也嚴重了。

因此個案想起了我很久以前的提議：在包玉剛泳池向惠福道的外墻油油畫，主題可以是傷健共融，因為惠福道4號就是東華三院賽馬會復康中心。

其實，在向著黃竹坑巴士總站的外墻已有一塊社署宣傳防止家居暴力的宣傳畫(見下面第五張照片)。最初提出建議時，康文署沒給什麼理由就拒絕了提議，後來在區議會提出加強公共地方宣傳時，署方才表示考慮，現在跟進中。

回來途中，考慮如何美化惠福道安貧小姐妹安老院外小斜坡，因屬私家地帶，會有點難度(見最底的兩張照片)。

I got a new complaint about the graffiti at Wong Chuk Hang last week. See where the problem are. I've urged the concerned Dept to clearn them.

I used to suggest the Leisure and Cultural Service Dept to have a painting on the wall of the swimming pool at WCH, and the theme could be the 'harmony of the community'. The Dept's followed up this suggestion after I raised it again in the Council, though it was rejected by the Dept while I first raised the suggestion to it.
