48號巴士本應於7月落實繞經深灣，當初城巴信誓旦旦向運輸署及區議會介紹；這個方案各方均同意，我更曾在議會內要求提早落實；現在城巴卻指因內部資源調配而須延遲至8月，真是令人失望！
我已出信給區議會，希望交通運輸委員會主席向運輸署及城巴轉達我的不滿：如果他們不能於7月落實，當初就應該將落實時間預計為8月甚至9月，但卻給了我們一張無法如期兌現的期票，難免令人失望，更讓人懷疑其效率及服務質素。
The program of Citybus Rt.48 via Shum Wan was approved by the Transport Dept and the District Council and the program should be implemented in July. But the Citybus decided to postpone the implementation date to 17 August due to 'resources reason'.
It's unacceptable to me and to all resident, so I've written a letter to the SDC to express my disappointment and urge the TD to improve its duty of its 'monitoring role'.
