近來除了辦事處的日常工作(幸好區議會有一個月的"暑假"，整個八月休會
)，就是忙著備選，除了上街拉票就是開會討論政網以及安排日程，其次，還有像今天這樣的媒體錄音、錄影和論壇。
雖然說我只是個小小小配角(像這次的錄影，因為只有三十秒，我根本沒有發言機會。只能做好我佈景板的角色)，但整個過程，從籌劃、準備以及到和電視台錄影的過程，這些對我來講已經很難得，其中可學到很多平日根本沒機會接觸的技巧，也能累積珍貴的經驗。(比如，這次能見到TVB的許方輝)
順帶一提，這三十秒錄影會在8月25及26日在TVB的《香港早晨》播出。
I have chance to take the TVB record this morning. It's a good opportunity for me to learn in the process, because it's my first time to do such thing, even though I don't have chance to speak in the 30 second video record.
The record will be broadcasted on 25 and 26 this month at the TVB program "Good Morning Hong Kong".
