區議會選舉投票日：11月6日 Voting Day District Council Election: 6 Nov

今年的區議會選舉投票日定在11月6日，比上屆早約兩星期。

The voting day of this year's district council election will be 6 Nov. It's earlier about  two weeks than in 2007. 

 

 

 

二○一一年區議會選舉及選舉委員會界別分組選舉的投票日期

　　政府發言人今日（六月二日）表示，第四屆區議會選舉及來屆的選舉委員會（選委會）界別分組選舉將分別於二○一一年十一月六日及二○一一年十二月十一日舉行。

　　行政長官已分別按照《區議會條例》（第547章）第27條及《行政長官選舉條例》（第569章）附表第16條，指明舉行第四屆區議會選舉及來屆選委會界別分組選舉的日期。選舉日期將於明日（六月三日）於憲報刊登。

Polling dates for 2011 District Council election and Election Committee subsector elections

     A Government spokesman said today (June 2) that the fourth election of the District Councils (DCs) and the coming Election Committee (EC) subsector elections would be held on November 6, 2011, and December 11, 2011, respectively. 

     The dates for holding the fourth election of the DCs and the coming EC subsector elections were specified by the Chief Executive in accordance with section 27 of the District Councils Ordinance (Cap 547) and section 16 of the Schedule to the Chief Executive Election Ordinance (Cap 569), respectively. The dates will be published in the Gazette tomorrow (June 3).
