黃竹坑籌款 Fund Raising in WCH

不知道各位是否知道，因為民主黨太窮，所以規定所有議員每月都必須上繳個人議員薪津一到三成給民主黨作經費(全職和兼職議員不同)，然後再每年四處籌款，這樣才勉強支撐起整個政黨的運作。因為我們不像其他政黨有大財團、大商家的扶持或中央的「大水喉」，所以只能靠自己人上繳及市民的捐助了。

說回來，我昨天網誌轉載的南華日報社評裡的David Webb的確一針見血，指出了香港政黨發展的問題所在。

現在我們又到了一年一度的籌款期，一如既往，我今年再到深灣道路口籌款。查看紀錄（http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/searchblog_art?p=%E7%B1%8C%E6%AC%BE&my=1），因為該路口只有南濤閣三座居民及少量雅濤閣居民路經，以往籌到的款項由700到900多不等，故今年目標定在中間數：800.

結果？哈哈，剛好達標，差一點到900。多謝各位的支持！

Maybe you don't know all DP's elected councillors must give 10% to 30% of our salary to the party, plus the donation we got from the public, so that the party can have money for operating. My yesterday's entry, SCMP's editorial, discussed the financial problem political party face and I think David Webb's comment is quite right. 

I met my targe tonightt: the amonut we raised is just over $800.  Thank you so much!
