A 15 Stories Building at Shu Yan College

Shu Yan college had been closed and it's site will be taken over by the Singapore International School (SIS) to take it for it's secondary students.SIS had not mentioned in the Southern District Council about this new proposal of adding 7 stories of one wing of the Shu Yan College building in June. See the report of Takunpao(http://www.takungpao.com.hk/news/08/12/04/images_0712-999578.htm, Chi only),my previous follow ups, see: http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=2965 and http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/photo?pid=285&fid=2

It's unacceptable that the Council and local residents are not consulted before this new project got approved. It's why I told the reporter that I questioned whether it is necessary to double the height of the new building to 15 stories, and I demanded such new proposal should be raised and discussed in the Council. I'll launch a survey to know what the residents affected (Grandview Garden) think about this proposal, because the view of some flats will be blocked by the new building.
