南港島線(東段)修訂方案刊憲

  政府今日(六月四日)根據《鐵路條例》第七條的規定,在憲報刊登南港島線(東段)鐵路方案的建議修訂方案。

  南港島線(東段)鐵路方案於二○○九年七月刊憲。方案包括一條全長約七公里的中型鐵路,提供來往金鐘及海怡半島的客運服務,沿線會設有三個中途站,分別位於海洋公園附近、黃竹坑和利東邨。鐵路會根據地勢以隧道和高架橋的形式建造。南港島線(東段)有助紓緩南區路面的交通,尤其是減輕香港仔隧道的負荷;同時改善港島的鐵路網,節省南區居民的交通時間,有助推動地區的旅遊及商業發展。

  政府及香港鐵路有限公司(港鐵公司)一直與南區區議會及主要持份者保持緊密聯繫,檢討該鐵路方案的設計。

  政府發言人說:「今次刊憲所載的多項建議修訂項目,是為了回應公眾在二○○九年七月建議方案刊憲後提出的關注事項;部分建議修訂項目則為配合港鐵公司在詳細設計階段提出的最新建議和完善措施。」

  政府和港鐵公司將繼續與當地社區保持緊密聯繫以推展南港島線(東段)。南港島線(東段)方案如獲行政長官會同行政會議批准,港鐵公司將於明年動工,預計於二○一五年完成。

  根據《鐵路條例》規定,由即日起至二○一○年八月三日,公眾可就今日刊憲的南港島線(東段)鐵路的修訂項目提出反對。任何有可獲補償權益的人士,可以根據該條例的規定申索賠償。

  市民可於辦公時間內,前往中西區民政事務處、南區民政事務處、灣仔民政事務處、港島西及南區地政處,以及港島東區地政處,查閱上述修訂方案及相關圖則。

  公眾亦可向路政署鐵路拓展處購買上述修訂方案及修訂圖則。有關購買的詳情,可致電二七六二 三九七六向路政署查詢。修訂方案及修訂圖則的電子版可於該署網頁(www.hyd.gov.hk/chi/major/road/rail/index.htm)瀏覽。

Amendments to South Island Line (East) Gazetted

The Government published in the Gazette today (June 4) under section 7 of the Railways Ordinance proposed amendments to the South Island Line (East) (SIL (East)) scheme.

The SIL (East) scheme gazetted in July 2009 includes a seven-kilometre-long medium capacity railway, providing domestic passenger service between Admiralty and South Horizons with three intermediate stations near Ocean Park, at Wong Chuk Hang and at Lei Tung Estate. The railway will run in tunnels and viaducts according to topography. The SIL (East) will help reduce traffic on the road in the Southern District, particularly at the Aberdeen Tunnel, and enhance the railway network on Hong Kong Island, save travelling time for residents of the Southern District and facilitate tourism and commercial developments in the district.

The Government and the MTR Corporation Limited (MTRCL) have been in close contact with the Southern District Council and major stakeholders on reviewing the scheme design.

"Many of the proposed amendments gazetted are to address public concerns expressed after the proposed SIL (East) scheme was gazetted in July 2009. Some are to accommodate the latest changes and improvement measures proposed by the MTRCL which has been carrying out the detailed design of the SIL (East)," a Government spokesman said.

The Government and the MTRCL will continue to engage the local community closely on the SIL (East). Subject to the authorisation of the SIL (East) scheme by the Chief Executive in Council, the MTRCL will start the construction works in 2011 for completion in 2015.

Under the Railways Ordinance, members of the public have the right to lodge objections to the amendments to the SIL (East) scheme gazetted today from now until August 3, 2010. Any person who has a compensatable interest can claim compensation under the provisions of the Ordinance.

The amendments to the scheme and the relevant plans are available for public inspection at the Central and Western District Office, Southern District Office, Wan Chai District Office, the District Lands Office of Hong Kong West and South, and the District Lands Office Hong Kong East, during office hours.

A copy of the Amendments to Scheme and the Amendment Plans may be purchased from the Railway Development Office of the Highways Department. Enquiries on purchasing details can be made to the Highways Department at telephone number 2762 3976. The electronic version of the Amendments to Scheme and the Amendment Plans are viewable on the Highways Department's website (www.hyd.gov.hk/eng/major/road/rail/index.htm).

日期 :  10年06月25日 10:07   新聞來源 :  匯港通訊 財經消息 黃竹坑港鐵站上蓋用地擬降高度限制   <匯港通訊> 規劃署建議修訂《香港仔及鴨&#33079;洲分區計畫大綱草圖》,將南港島線 黃竹坑站大型上蓋項目(黃竹坑村舊址)改劃為「綜合發展區」用地,發展規模跟早前遞交予 區議會的方案大致相同,但高度上限由港鐵(00066)所建議的120-156米,降至120-150米。 由於南區區議員認為上限過高,故將高限修訂為120-150米。 根據建議,該佔地約7.17公頃的用地,將作為南港島線車廠和黃竹坑站連同相關商場和停車 場,並在3-5層的平台上,興建14幢27-38層住宅,提供約4700伙;住宅地積比率4.99倍,涉 及約384萬方呎樓面,非住宅地積比率則約1.7倍,樓面逾131萬方呎。 恒基地產(00012)及協成行共同發展的黃竹坑酒店項目位於區內。

地鐵有無照顧到深灣道德居民,雖然有些遠,但附近有出口會比較好。
