逸港居與黃竹坑站之間的行人通道 Walkway Between Ocean Court and WCH station

港鐵上周五將其修訂後的設計方案再次刊憲,諮詢公眾至8月3日。


經常來我這個網站的朋友,應會知道此事背景,我一直倡議在大明渠旁興建直達逸港居的行人通道,以方便居民將來步行十數分鐘至黃竹坑站,我過往跟進,詳可見:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/searchblog_art?p=%E6%98%8E%E6%B8%A0&my=1

其實南區地鐵與黃竹坑重建兩者不可分割, 但政府在程序上卻須分開處理,致使港鐵常以「 將交由負責物業項目同事跟進」為由不回答關於行人通道等問題。 但無論如何,我會繼續跟進,希望區內居民能更便利使用黃竹坑站。


對於港鐵在商場內行建永久通道,我們當然歡迎;但如我單張及以前網誌所講:「南港島線於2015年通車,但如果黃竹坑邨屆時仍未重建,將出現「通車後仍無行人通道」的問題。黃竹坑邨今年年底將完成清拆,之後港鐵將取得該地皮興建車廠及物業。但港鐵尚未公布重建時間,故可能出現『港鐵已通車,重建尚未開始』的情況,令現在改為興建於物業內的行人通道不知何時才能服務市民,這是為什麼我在宣傳單張說黃竹坑邨重建時間成關鍵的原因」(詳見:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/our_wch/article?mid=7212

But the MTRC didn't mention the other cover walkway in WCH, according to the MTRC, there will be walkway inside the shopping mall for WCH residents to get to the WCH station esaily. But the shopping mall probably could be completed 3 years after the South Island Line putting into service. So I've been demanding the Gov't and the MTRC to build a temporary cover walkway alone the Nam Long Shan Road between the 'time gap', so WCH residetns could go to the station esaily.
