流浪狗及噪音問題 Street Dogs and the Noise Nuisance

The noise nuisance problem is getting worse recently, residents are annoyed by the noise, especially for residents near the Nam Long Shan Road and the fourth block of Broadview Court, which is near the International School.

And, a resident was bit by a steet dog while she was walking along the Shum Wan Road to go home! I'd demanded the concerned gov't department to launch a special operation to catch those street dogs, five dogs were captured.

I'll keep following up these issues to avoid the nuisance and dangers.

海洋公園噪音問題有惡化趨勢，加上雅濤閣第四座近著國際學校的中低層單位，也受到學校的冷氣散熱器的噪音滋擾。我在5月21日已和幾位居民代表與校方及環保署開會跟進。

早前有位居民深夜回家時在深灣道百佳附近被流浪狗咬傷，我向漁護署要求展開特別行動；之後署方告知已捕獲5隻流浪狗。

我會繼續跟進上述問題，保障居民的寧靜生活環境，更重要的是，保障居民的安全。
